Meet Katrina.
I’m a certified SEP® practitioner, E-RYT® 500 and YACEP® Kripalu yoga teacher, and a lifelong student of the body, mind, and spirit. With over 35 years of practicing and teaching yoga, my work has grown into a whole-person approach that weaves together nervous system support, mindful movement, and compassionate awareness.
I began my path as a ballet dancer, which gave me a deep respect for the intelligence of the body and the power of presence. I’m a Southern girl at heart who spent meaningful time living in the UK, and I’ve always been a bit of a world traveler—drawn to both vibrant cities and quiet mountain retreats. Nature and spirit are constant guides in my life and work.
When I’m not teaching or holding space for others, you’ll usually find me journaling, meditating, walking labyrinths, or with a warm cup of tea in hand. I’m an avid reader, a collector of honey from my travels, and someone who finds joy in simple, grounding rituals. My intention is to create spaces—whether one-on-one or in groups—where you can reconnect with yourself, feel supported, and move toward greater ease and wholeness.
I can’t wait to meet you.
