Energy Coaching

I offer trauma-informed coaching through a blend of therapeutic practices and a holistic approach.  My work is rooted in the understanding that healing is not one-size-fits-all.

Together, we explore ways to gently reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and build a deeper sense of trust within yourself.

Sessions may include grounding practices, somatic exploration, nervous system regulation tools, and supportive dialogue.

Most clients choose to work together over a period of 12–24 weeks, allowing time for meaningful, supported change to unfold; but may vary with the client.

Pricing is customized, based on your individual needs and the level of support that feels right for you.

Classes + Workshops

Rooted in the Kripalu tradition, my teaching offers classes for students of all levels and abilities. My approach emphasizes choice, curiosity, and self-awareness, integrating movement with breathwork, meditation, and yogic philosophy.

I believe in supporting a well-rounded and meaningful practice both on and off the mat.

From time to time, I lead deeper workshops focused on living a yogic life; with integrated approaches to well-being, and including topics such as inflammation, aging, chronic pain, and sustainable, healthy living. 

I teach both group classes and one-on-one sessions, and offer classes on weeknights, weekends, and during the day.

Whether you’re new to yoga or continuing your journey, I offer a welcoming space to build strength, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Immersive Experiences

As a retreat leader, I create immersive experiences that invite deep rest, reflection, and transformation.

Through mindful yoga sessions and opportunities for personal exploration, my retreats are thoughtfully curated to provide a balance of structured guidance and spaciousness—allowing participants to slow down, reconnect, and explore their inner landscape in a supportive and nurturing environment.

These retreats also offer the joy of travel and shared experience.  Whether in a serene natural setting or a vibrant destination, these gatherings create opportunities to explore new places, enjoy meaningful moments of connection, and build community with like-minded people.
